1/4 cbutter

6 Tbsplemon juice, fresh3

3 lbcooked plain shrimp

DIPPING SAUCE

1 1/2 cketchup
-
1/4 clemon juice, fresh

1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbspprepared horseradish
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tspfinely chopped celery
-
few dash(es)tabasco hot sauce

1/2 tspgrated sweet onion
How to Make Hot Shrimp with Dipping Sauce
- Make the dipping sauce up to 3 days ahead and refrigerate. Just combine all ingredients to let them marinate.
- Place butter in a large chaffing dish and when melted add the lemon juice. Add the shrimp and sir a few times to make sure they have all warmed nicely.
- Dip the hot sshrimp into the icy-cold dipping sauce and enjoy.
