hot honey mayo shrimp
These shrimp are finger licking good. You could use store bought hot honey and skip the sriracha and honey and just use 2 tablespoons hot honey.

Ingredients
- 16 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 cup kewpie mayo
- 1/2 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 large egg white
- neutral oil, for deep frying
- green onions, for garnish
How To Make hot honey mayo shrimp

Step 1Mix the Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar together in a large bowl and set aside.

Step 2Place the rice flour and corn starch in a shallow dish and add the salt and white pepper. Place the egg white in a second shallow dish.

Step 3Place the oil over medium high heat and heat to 375 degrees. Dredge the shrimp in the egg white then dredge in the flour corn starch mixture.

Step 4In batches add the shrimp to the hot oil and cook about 90 seconds.

Step 5Remove the shrimp to a paper towel lined paper plate.

Step 6Once all the shrimp is cook add to the bowl with the mayo mixture and toss until the mixture coats all the shrimp. Garnish with green onions.
