- 16 ounces cooked crawfish tails
- 2 bunches green onions chopped
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1Saute onions in butter and then add all remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Put in chafing dish and serve with corn chips or your favorite crackers.
