Ingredients
- 1 can lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup beead crumbs
How To Make hot crab spread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix and combine all ingredients except crab meat. Fold in crab meat.

Step 3Spread in ungreased, deep dish pie plate.

Step 4Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Step 5Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 5 - 10 minutes.

Step 6Serve with crackers.
