  • 1 can(s)
    lump crab meat
  • 1/2 c
    shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 1/4 c
    scallions, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c
    beead crumbs

How to Make Hot Crab Spread


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix and combine all ingredients except crab meat. Fold in crab meat.
  3. Spread in ungreased, deep dish pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
    Remove foil and continue baking 5 - 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers.
