Ingredients

  • 1 can lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup beead crumbs

How To Make hot crab spread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix and combine all ingredients except crab meat. Fold in crab meat.
  • Step 3
    Spread in ungreased, deep dish pie plate.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Step 5
    Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Serve with crackers.
