I used to love the crab dip at Chandler's Crab House. I live too far away to go there anymore, but I think that this is pretty close to their dip.

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
6 ounces dungeness crab meat
4 ounces artichoke hearts, well drained, coarsely chopped
green onion, minced, garnish
dash cayenne pepper, garnish
tortilla chips or small bread slices for serving

How To Make hot crab dip like chandler's crab house

Step 1

Combine Parmesan, mayonnaise, crab, and artichokes. Mix well.

Step 2

Place mixture in small 1 1/2-inch deep baking dish.
Step 3

Bake at 375F for 10 minutes or until brown and heated through.
Step 4

Garnish with green onion and cayenne.
Step 5

Serve with tortilla chips or small slices of cocktail bread.
