I used to love the crab dip at Chandler's Crab House. I live too far away to go there anymore, but I think that this is pretty close to their dip.

1 1/2 cmayonnaise

6 ozdungeness crab meat

4 ozartichoke hearts, well drained, coarsely chopped

green onion, minced, garnish

dashcayenne pepper, garnish

tortilla chips or small bread slices for serving
How To Make hot crab dip like chandler's crab house

1Combine Parmesan, mayonnaise, crab, and artichokes. Mix well.

2Place mixture in small 1 1/2-inch deep baking dish.

3Bake at 375F for 10 minutes or until brown and heated through.

4Garnish with green onion and cayenne.
