My daughter requests this every year for superbowl sunday since I started the tradition years ago. I am so glad she does as we empty the complete bowl every year!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter or margerine
  • 1 bunch
    green onions or chives chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    creole seasoning
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 small
    can crab meat
  • 6-7 dash(es)
    tobasco sauce

How to Make Hot Crab Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter with green onions or chives in microwave.
  2. Add garlic powder, creole seasoning and cream cheese. Warm in microwave approximately 2 to 4 minutes, until melted, stirring often.
  3. Add crab meat and tabasco and microwave one more minute. Stir well and serve with your favorite crackers.
