My daughter requests this every year for superbowl sunday since I started the tradition years ago. I am so glad she does as we empty the complete bowl every year!

1 stick
butter or margerine
1 bunch
green onions or chives chopped
1/2 tsp
garlic pepper
1/2 tsp
creole seasoning
8 oz
cream cheese
1 small
can crab meat
6-7 dash(es)
tobasco sauce

How to Make Hot Crab Dip


  • 1Melt butter with green onions or chives in microwave.
  • 2Add garlic powder, creole seasoning and cream cheese. Warm in microwave approximately 2 to 4 minutes, until melted, stirring often.
  • 3Add crab meat and tabasco and microwave one more minute. Stir well and serve with your favorite crackers.
