  • 3 lb
    shrimp shelled & deveined
  • 3 clove
    garlic thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh rosemary fine chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh thyme leaves fine chopped
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 clove
    small garlic minced
  • pinch
  • 2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh

How to Make Herb Shrimp with Garlic Aioli Dip


  1. In Med bowl, toss together shrimp,garlic,rosemary,thyme,olive oil,lemon juice,salt & pepper, set aside to marinate at room temp for 30 min

    In large skillet, over med heat,add shrimp and marinade ingredients, saute turning frequently, for 5 min, or until shrimp are opaque, and just cooked thru,serve with Aioli
  2. Aioli Dip

    in small bowl, combine garlic and pinch of salt,using the back of a spoon scrape and press garlic against sides of bowl to make a very smooth paste, ADD remaining ingredients and wisk together until combined, place plastic wrap over bowl refridgerate at least 30 min, for flavors to come together serve cold

    Makes about 2 cups
