Ingredients
- 3 pounds shrimp shelled & deveined
- 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary fine chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves fine chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- - salt and pepper to taste
- GARLIC AIOLI DIP
- 8 cloves small garlic minced
- pinch salt
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh

Step 1In Med bowl, toss together shrimp,garlic,rosemary,thyme,olive oil,lemon juice,salt & pepper, set aside to marinate at room temp for 30 min In large skillet, over med heat,add shrimp and marinade ingredients, saute turning frequently, for 5 min, or until shrimp are opaque, and just cooked thru,serve with Aioli

Step 2Aioli Dip in small bowl, combine garlic and pinch of salt,using the back of a spoon scrape and press garlic against sides of bowl to make a very smooth paste, ADD remaining ingredients and wisk together until combined, place plastic wrap over bowl refridgerate at least 30 min, for flavors to come together serve cold Makes about 2 cups
