Being from Florida a good crab cake is a staple for any good get together. This one is easy to do, I like to make extra to freeze for those occassions when I want a quick snack.

Ingredients
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- - vegetable oil for frying
How To Make gulf style crab cakes

Step 1In a large bowl mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Add crabmeat to the mixture gently but thoroughly. (If mixture seems a little dry add a touch more mayonnaise.

Step 2Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight. This allows the flavors to blend.

Step 3Shape mixture into six cakes. Cook until browned(350 for about 10 minutes)
