How to Make Gulf style Crab cakes
- In a large bowl mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Add crabmeat to the mixture gently but thoroughly. (If mixture seems a little dry add a touch more mayonnaise.
- Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight. This allows the flavors to blend.
- Shape mixture into six cakes. Cook until browned(350 for about 10 minutes)
