- 1/2 cup black truffle oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
How To Make grilled shrimp with truffle oil vinaigrette

Step 1Season the butterflied shrimp with salt and pepper. Set aside.
