  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled deveined and butterflied
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup black truffle oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper

How To Make grilled shrimp with truffle oil vinaigrette

  • Step 1
    Season the butterflied shrimp with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mix the ingredients together for the vinaigrette. Pour a little of the vinaigrette over the shrimp.
  • Step 3
    Grill the shrimp about 2 minutes on each side.
