Grilled Seasoned Shrimp

A super easy shrimp dish that my son loves...I also grill them on an indoor grill in the winter.

  • 1/3 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    sunset gourmet's traditional italian seasoning (or your favorite italian blend)
  • 20
    jumbo shrimp

How to Make Grilled Seasoned Shrimp


  1. Combine oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag; add shrimp. Marinate 20 to 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning bag once.
  2. Preheat grill. Thread 5 shrimp onto each of 4 skewers and grill over medium heat for 6 minutes until pink.
  3. Tip: Soak wooden skewers for 15 minutes in water to prevent them from burning.
