A super easy shrimp dish that my son loves...I also grill them on an indoor grill in the winter.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sunset gourmet's traditional italian seasoning (or your favorite italian blend)
- 20 - jumbo shrimp
How To Make grilled seasoned shrimp

Step 1Combine oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag; add shrimp. Marinate 20 to 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning bag once.

Step 2Preheat grill. Thread 5 shrimp onto each of 4 skewers and grill over medium heat for 6 minutes until pink.

Step 3Tip: Soak wooden skewers for 15 minutes in water to prevent them from burning.
