Garlic, butter, a hot grill and fresh from the market oysters! Nothing starts a back yard cocktail party any better, well except for nicely chilled Chardonnay:)

- 12 - oysters, fresh
- 2 tablespoons chardonnay
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 - lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
How To Make grilled oysters with butter and wine

Step 1Prepare charcoal grill to med-high heat. Wash Oysters

Step 2Put oysters on hot grill for approx 5 minutes or until oyster opens. CAREFULLY remove top shell, keeping the juices

Step 3Mix the chardonnay, butter, the juice of the lemon and garlic. Pour evenly amongst the oysters. Sprinkle with Parmesan and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
