How to Make Grilled Oysters with Butter and Wine
1Prepare charcoal grill to med-high heat.
2Put oysters on hot grill for approx 5 minutes or until oyster opens.
CAREFULLY remove top shell, keeping the juices
3Mix the chardonnay, butter, the juice of the lemon and garlic. Pour evenly amongst the oysters. Sprinkle with Parmesan and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
