grilled lemon-honey shrimp skewers

I served these as an appetizer for a dinner party and after that whenever we had a cookout or family gathering, I was asked to make these shrimp skewers. My husband likes the honey and dijon mustard combination and will eat these for dinner every night if I let him. Just adjust the receipe for more servings.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 - lemon, juiced
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined, patted dry
How To Make grilled lemon-honey shrimp skewers

Step 1Preheat the grill. In a bowl, combine the honey, mustard, lemon juice and garlic and stir well to combine. Reserve half the mixture.

Step 2Thread shrimp onto skewers. Brush generously with honey mixture on both sides. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2 to 4 minutes per side, brushing frequently with sauce during cooking.

Step 3Remove to a plate and drizzle with reserved honey mixture, turning skewers to coat both sides before serving.
