Grilled Lemon-Honey Shrimp Skewers
My husband likes the honey and dijon mustard combination and will eat these for dinner every night if I let him.
Just adjust the receipe for more servings.

- 1 Tbsp
- dijon mustard
- lemon, juiced
- garlic clove, minced
- 1 lb
- shrimp, peeled and deveined, patted dry
How to Make Grilled Lemon-Honey Shrimp Skewers
- 1Preheat the grill.
In a bowl, combine the honey, mustard, lemon juice and garlic and stir well to combine. Reserve half the mixture.
- 2Thread shrimp onto skewers. Brush generously with honey mixture on both sides. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2 to 4 minutes per side, brushing frequently with sauce during cooking.
- 3Remove to a plate and drizzle with reserved honey mixture, turning skewers to coat both sides before serving.
