Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- chives, for garnish
- lemon slices, for serving
How To Make garlic butter shrimp

Step 1Season the shrimp with salt. Add olive oil to a saucepan.

Step 2Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes on each side. Remove shrimp to a plate.

Step 3Add the garlic and cook until lightly browned. Add the white wine and let most of it evaporate.

Step 4Add the butter and lemon juice, and add the shrimp back to the pan. Cook another 3 minutes.

Step 5Garnish with chives and serve with lemon wedges.
