Ingredients
- 2 pounds catfish fillets
- 6 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce
- 6 tablespoons mustard
- - corn meal
- 1 teaspoon tony chachere's cajun seasoning
- FISH DIP
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
- 1 small jar tartar sauce
- 2 tablespoons milk
How To Make fried catfish appetizers

Step 1Fried Catfish Appetizers: Cut catfish into small thin pieces. Mix hot sauce with mustard, marinate fish for several hours, or overnight, then dredge in cornmeal mixed with Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning and fry in hot oil. Serve hot.

Step 2Fish Dip: Mix all ingredients together. Let set for about one hour in refrigerator. This is good on fish, chips, and french fries.
