- 1 pound lrg. mushrooms, cleaned & stemmed
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 pound shrimp, shelled, deveined & cooked
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- 2 jars cream cheese with chives
- - fresh dill
How To Make fresh mushroom with shrimp

Step 1EARLT IN THE DAY: In a large bowl, toss mushrooms & lemon juice, cover & refrigerate. In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with Italian dressing, cover & refrigerate. AT SERVING TIME: In a bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth. Drain mushrooms and shrimp. Fill each cap with 1Tbsp. cheese mixture, arrange shrimp on top. Garnish with dill.
