Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flounder or other white fish, cooked, cooled and crumbled
- 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- - zest of a half a lime
- - juice of one lime
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (anything you have is fine)
- - dash of cayenne pepper
- - dash of black pepper
- - dash of cumin
How To Make fish cakes

Step 1Combine all the ingredients and mix well

Step 2Spoon into a mini muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray

Step 3Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, until golden brown
