devilish shrimp salad
A friend of mine made this about 20 years ago and I HAD TO HAVE the recipe. It's expensive to make but well worth it for special occasions.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
How To Make devilish shrimp salad

Step 1Place shrimp, onion, olives, roasted red pepper, garlic, parsley and bay leaf in a large bowl.

Step 2in a smaller bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, dry mustard, salt, red wine vinegar and cayenne. Mix well and pour over shrimp.

Step 3Mix to combine and chill. Remove bay leaf before serving.
