    english cucumber, peeled
  • 1/4 c
    philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese
  • 1 oz
    smoked salmon, thinly sliced, cut into 12 pieces
  • 12
    sprigs fresh dill

How to Make Cucumber Roulades


  1. CUT cucumber into 12 slices.
    USE melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each.
    FILL cream cheese spread; top with salmon and dill.
  2. You can substitute 12 drained canned baby shrimp for the salmon.
  3. Omit salmon & dill. Fill cucumber slices with cream cheese as directed. Drizzle evenly 1 tablespoon Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing.
