Ingredients

  • 1 - english cucumber, peeled
  • 1/4 cup philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese
  • 1 ounce smoked salmon, thinly sliced, cut into 12 pieces
  • 12 - sprigs fresh dill

How To Make cucumber roulades

  • Step 1
    CUT cucumber into 12 slices. USE melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each. FILL cream cheese spread; top with salmon and dill.
  • Step 2
    You can substitute 12 drained canned baby shrimp for the salmon.
  • Step 3
    Omit salmon & dill. Fill cucumber slices with cream cheese as directed. Drizzle evenly 1 tablespoon Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing.
