Ingredients
- 1 - english cucumber, peeled
- 1/4 cup philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese
- 1 ounce smoked salmon, thinly sliced, cut into 12 pieces
- 12 - sprigs fresh dill
How To Make cucumber roulades

Step 1CUT cucumber into 12 slices. USE melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each. FILL cream cheese spread; top with salmon and dill.

Step 2You can substitute 12 drained canned baby shrimp for the salmon.

Step 3Omit salmon & dill. Fill cucumber slices with cream cheese as directed. Drizzle evenly 1 tablespoon Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing.
