Ingredients

  • 16
    rounds of bread, buttered or toast buttered
  • 1 lb
    can red salmon, drained and flaked
  • 8 oz
    can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 sm
    onion, minced
  • 1 stalk
    celery, minced
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • parsley

How To Make

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except parsley and bread. Spread salmon mixture on bread or toast. Sprinkle parsley on top. Makes 16 rounds.
