  • 1 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 lb
    raw shrimp, diced
  • 1/4 c
    water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 pkg
    12-oz. wonton wrappers

How to Make CRISP WON-TON

Step-by-Step

  1. In bowl combine all ingtrfirnts except wrappers.Place 1/2-1t. mixture in centerof wrapper. Fold into rectangle or triangle, moisten edges with water and seal by pressing together. Fry in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels. Makes about 8 servings.
