Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 pound raw shrimp, diced
  • 1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 packages 12-oz. wonton wrappers

How To Make crisp won-ton

  • Step 1
    In bowl combine all ingtrfirnts except wrappers.Place 1/2-1t. mixture in centerof wrapper. Fold into rectangle or triangle, moisten edges with water and seal by pressing together. Fry in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels. Makes about 8 servings.
