creamy shrimp-salad topper
I found this on the box of Ritz Crackers. I want to try it for my next buffet, party, or baby shower. I took the picture from the box. I was thinking I could also use those tiny canned shrimp, well-drained.

Ingredients
- 1/4 pound clean cooked shrimp, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 small plum tomatoes, cut into thin slices
- - ritz crackers
How To Make creamy shrimp-salad topper

Step 1Combine shrimp, celery, onion, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2Just before serving: Place a thin slice of tomato on top of each Ritz cracker. Add 1 teaspoon of shrimp mixture. May garnish with lemon zest or chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.
