creamy crab dip
This dip is very pretty, dotted with bits of red pepper. you'll probably find all the ingredients in your pantry. Water biscuits, toasted brioche or endive spears would make great dippers.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 8 ounces lump crab meat, picked over to remove any bits of shell or cartilage, and well drained
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 - scallion, finely chopped
How To Make creamy crab dip

Step 1In medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish and celery salt. Mix until well blended.

Step 2Stir in crab, bell pepper and scallion.

Step 3Transfer to a small serving bowl, cover and chill for 2 hour or overnight to allow flavors to develop.

Step 4Remove from refrigerator about 15 minutes before serve. Great Party Dips
