Creamy Crab Dip
8 ozcream cheese, at room temperature
1 tspfresh lemon juice
1 tspprepared white horseradish
1/4 tspcelery salt
8 ozlump crab meat, picked over to remove any bits of shell or cartilage, and well drained
2 Tbspfinely chopped red bell pepper
1scallion, finely chopped
How to Make Creamy Crab Dip
- In medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish and celery salt. Mix until well blended.
- Stir in crab, bell pepper and scallion.
- Transfer to a small serving bowl, cover and chill for 2 hour or overnight to allow flavors to develop.
- Remove from refrigerator about 15 minutes before serve.
