Used at my wedding 35 years ago! A comment was made by a guest, "I could eat this over rice for supper!!" Used a LOT since then!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 pound louisiana crawfish tails
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3 - large onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • - tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste

How To Make crawfish dip

  • Step 1
    Melt butter on low heat. Add onion and wilt until soft. Add rest of ingredients . Add Tabasco sauce just before serving. Heat ingredients well. Serve with crackers or small patty shells,
