Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked crawfish tails
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 medium french bread (split)
- 1 medium seeded tomato
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup grated pepperjack cheese
- 1/4 cup grated havarti cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make crawfish bread

Step 1Heat oven to 350* Melt butter over medium heat, chop garlic and sauté in butter for 1 minute. Chop tomato and add to butter & garlic along with seasonings and crawfish. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat & place in a bowl..Add cheeses & mayo. Mix well. Spread on bread and cook 10-15 minutes, then broil for a minute or two. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley. Slice and enjoy!
