Crawfish Balls

Ingredients

2 lbpeeled, cooked crawfish tails

1 mediumonion, chopped finely
-
1beaten egg
-
4 slicestale bread
-
1/4 cfinely chopped green onion tops
-
1 cbread crumbs
-
·tabasco to taste
How to Make Crawfish Balls
- Grind crawfish tails, onions and bread together.
- Add egg, parsley and green onions and mix thoroughly.
- Season with salt pepper and Tabasco and mix.
- Shape into quarter-size balls. Roll lightly in breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. These can also be fried in hot vegetable oil until done.
