It's coming up on New Years Eve. Time to get all the appetizers made. This one is always a big hit.

Ingredients For crawdad tails

1/2 cfinely chopped celery
-
1/2 c. mayonnaise
-
1/2 cchopped green onions
-
1 can(4 oz.) small shrimp
-
1 pkg(8 oz.) softened cream cheese
-
1 1/2 Tbsplemon juice
-
hand full of shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fine
-
pickled jalapenos, cut in half lengthwise & seeded
How To Make crawdad tails

1Drain shrimp. Mix all together, except the jalapenos & place in a piping bag with a very large tip. Arrange seeded peppers on tray & pipe filling into them.
