Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 pound lump white crab meat
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese
- - red pepper to taste
How To Make crabmeat dip

Step 1Saute onions and parsley in butter.

Step 2Blend in flour, cheese and cream until cheese is melted.

Step 3Add red pepper and crab meat. Place in serving dish or chafing dish and serve with Ritz or Town House crackers.
