Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can 7 1/2 oz flaked crabmeat, drained
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder or 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream style or reglar horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

How To Make crabmeat appetizer/spread (hot)

  • Step 1
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate, sprayed with Pam or buttered, and spread evenly.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with almonds
  • Step 4
    Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or rye rounds
