  • 1 c
    crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp
    bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    white onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced parsley
  • 12
    mushroom stems, chopped fine
  • 12
    mushroom caps
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    hot pepper sauce

How to Make Crabby Mushrooms


  1. Mix crab meat, bread crumbs, onions, cheese, salt, parsley, and chopped mushroom stems.
    Add beaten egg and hot sauce.
  2. Stuff into mushroom caps. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, then serve hot.
