This is kind of a play on Clams Casino, only with crab meat and no bread mixture.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat, picked over for shells
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon Crystal hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 lemons, cut in half
- fresh oregano, chopped for garnish
How To Make crab with bacon and spicy mayo

Step 1Heat the broiler to high. Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray. Add the crabmeat to each dish. Top with the crumbled bacon.

Step 2Mix the mayonnaise with the remaining ingredients, except lemon and oregano.

Step 3Broil for about 5 minutes.

Step 4Remove from the oven and squeeze half a lemon over each ramekin. Garnish with oregano.
