  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 6-oz can(s)
    crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 1 Tbsp
    snipped parsley
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion salt

How to Make Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms


  1. Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove and chop stems. Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender. Spoon into mushroom caps. Combine remaining ingredients. Top each mushroom with the crab mixture. Bake in a 375° oven about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
