Ingredients
- 36 - whole mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 6-oz cans crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
How To Make crab-stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove and chop stems.

Step 2Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender.

Step 3Spoon into mushroom caps. Combine remaining ingredients.

Step 4Top each mushroom with the crab mixture. Bake in a 375° oven about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
