How to Make Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
- Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove and chop stems. Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender. Spoon into mushroom caps. Combine remaining ingredients. Top each mushroom with the crab mixture. Bake in a 375° oven about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
