Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

1 pkg(7 oz) crab & shrimp shredded style (just plain crab meat will work also)
3green onions chopped finely
1/4 creal bacon pieces
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
1 cshredded parm cheese
2 Tbspminced garlic
1 pkgcream cheese (8 oz)
32 ozwhite button mushrooms - medium size (no bigger than golf ball size)
1/2 cstick butter
1 pkgshredded mozerella cheese
How to Make Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
- Mix first 7 ingredients so that all is well coated with spices
Add 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (room temp)
Remove stem and spore area from mushrooms and clean.
Stuff mushrooms level and top with your choice of cheese. (I have used shredded parm and an italian blend)
This will stuff ABOUT TWO 16 oz packages of the button mushrooms.
Place in baking dish / cookie sheet and dice butter between mushrooms here and there.
I bake at 350. About 10 minutes if on a cookie sheet or up to 20 minutes if the sides are deeper (like a baking dish).
