Ingredients
- 8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces crabmeat, fresh
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sherry, pale and dry
- 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 25 ritz crackers
- butter, cold
How To Make crab stuffed colossal shrimp

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Take shrimp leave tails on, butterfly, season with Tony Chacher's and lay in a prepared 9x13 baking dish.

Step 3Drain crab, in a bowl, mix crab, mayo, dijon mustard, egg yolk , and the next 7 ingredients.

Step 4Take a cookie scoop and place crab stuffing on top of the butterflied shrimp.

Step 5Crush crackers finely and place on top of stuffing, top with a pat of butter.

Step 6Bake for 20-25 minutes
