When I made the Open-Faced Crab Salad Sandwiches for my husband and son, I had leftover crab salad. I decided to mix it with some cream cheese and made it into a cheese ball. They now request it every weekend while watching football.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We love cheese balls. They're great served at a party or a holiday appetizer. This crab version is super tasty. Peppers and celery give the cheese ball a nice crunch. Quick and easy, this is guaranteed to be a hit.
