These are rich, creamy, cheesy just simply delicious is what I've been told of these. A wonderful hor d'oeuvre with your favorite glass of wine.

Ingredients
- 1 can lump crab meat
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crab boil or 1 teaspoon of old bay
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 package pillsbury cresent rolls
How To Make crab puffs

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Cut crescent rolls in half.

Step 2Mix the cream cheese, garlic, crab boil, and parsley until well mixed. Fold in crab meat.

Step 3Place a heaping table spoon in the middle of each crescent half and fold around crab mixture. If needed wet fingertips to seal crescents. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown. Do not let them cool on the cookie sheet, these are to be served hot.

Step 4These can be made ahead and frozen in airtight container. UNCOOKED. When needed remove from freezer let them thaw for 10 - 20 minutes and bake as usual.
