This was made as an appetizer for a Christmas party held at my daughter's former Mexican Restaurant. It is very, very good!!

  •   1 can(s)
    mushroom soup
  •   8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  •   3/4 c
  •   1 oz
    knox gelatin
  •   1/8 c
    dried onions
  •   1/2 jar(s)
    pimentos, drained and chopped
  •   1/2
    green pepper, chopped fine
  •   1 can(s)
    crab meat, drained

How To Make

  • 1
    Heat all ingredients in saucepan over low heat or a double boiler. Pour into lightly sprayed mold (Pam); refrigerate until ready to serve. Overnight is best. Leave in mold until read to serve; loosen with knife and invert. Serve with crackers. Excellent!
