This was made as an appetizer for a Christmas party held at my daughter's former Mexican Restaurant. It is very, very good!!

Ingredients
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ounce knox gelatin
- 1/8 cup dried onions
- 1/2 jar pimentos, drained and chopped
- 1/2 - green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 can crab meat, drained
How To Make crab mold

Step 1Heat all ingredients in saucepan over low heat or a double boiler. Pour into lightly sprayed mold (Pam); refrigerate until ready to serve. Overnight is best. Leave in mold until read to serve; loosen with knife and invert. Serve with crackers. Excellent!
