Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 1 package nuefchatel cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper (diced)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 6 ounces crab meat (shredded)

How To Make crab dip spread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Reserve 1/2 cup mozzerella.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spread in 9" pie plate or 9" x 9" square pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve with favorite cracker.
