  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 1 pkg
    nuefchatel cheese
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 medium
    sweet red pepper (diced)
  • 1 small
    onion (finely chopped)
  • 6 oz
    crab meat (shredded)

How to Make Crab Dip Spread


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Reserve 1/2 cup mozzerella.
  2. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spread in 9" pie plate or 9" x 9" square pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes.
    Serve with favorite cracker.
