This recipe comes from my nephew, who is a chef in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Ingredients

  • (2) 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 8 - celery stalks minced
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • (2) 6 oz. cans crab meat
  • - grated parmesan cheese to taste
  • - chopped chives to taste

How To Make hot crab dip

  • Step 1
    Mix first eight ingredients together.
  • Step 2
    Gently fold in crab meat last, so you don't tear it all apart.
  • Step 3
    Heat in oven, at 450 degrees until heated through, bubbly and with just a little bit of brown on top.
  • Step 4
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chives.
  • Step 5
    Serve with toast points or pita points.
