This is one of those recipes that over the years we have adapted. My husband likes me to add finely chopped black olives to the mix and that seems to change things up a little. It is great for watching a ball game or pot lucks.

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 small package pimento cheese spread
- 1 small package imitation crab meat shredded
- 1 package chopped walnuts or pecans
How To Make crab cheese ball

Step 1let cream cheese sit out until it is softened at room temperature

Step 2crumble the crab meat into small shreds or pieces

Step 3Mix Cream cheese, pimento cheese, and crab meat together until completely combined. Form into a ball or what ever shape you want it.

Step 4Roll ball in the chopped nuts and let set in fridge for 1 hour. Serve with crackers. Ritz works the best
