- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 medium lemon, zested
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 8 ounces pasteurized crab meat
- 4 stalks scallions, chopped
- 40 mini phyllo cups, unthawed
- parsley, chopped for garnish
How To Make crab canapes

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. With a handheld mixer on medium speed, mix the cream cheese, egg, lemon zest and juice, salt, and Old Bay until creamy.

Step 2Fold in the crab and scallions.

Step 3Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fill the phyllo cups and place on the baking sheet.
