Ingredients

12 ounces ccrab meat (canned or fresh if you can get it)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup crumbled biscuits or bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1 - egg
1 tablespoon diced carrots
1 tablespoon diced onion
1 tablespoon diced celery

How To Make crab cakes

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together and make into patties.

Step 2

Grill or bake until golden brown. Little crab cakes make great appetizers.
