- SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill
- - hot sauce
- 1 small tomato, chopped

Step 1Mix all ingredients except Tomato Dill Sauce and oil.

Step 2Shape mixture into 8 patties, each about 2 1/2 inches in diameter.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until firm.

Step 4Prepare Tomato Dill Sauce; cover and refrigerate until serving.

Step 5Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat.

Step 6Cook patties in oil about 5 minutes, turning once, until light brown on both sides.

Step 7Serve with sauce.
