How to Make Crab Cakes with Tomato Dill Sauce
1Mix all ingredients except Tomato Dill Sauce and oil.
2Shape mixture into 8 patties, each about 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
3Cover and refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
4Prepare Tomato Dill Sauce; cover and refrigerate until serving.
5Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat.
6Cook patties in oil about 5 minutes, turning once, until light brown on both sides.
8TOMATO DILL SAUCE: Mix all ingredients.
