My Mom use to make crab cakes all the time. I so could live off of the beach.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup crab meat - drained, flaked and cartilage removed
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 2.1 oz packages mini phyllo tart shells
  • 1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

How To Make crab cakes

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab and onions until blended.
  • Step 2
    Place the tart shells on a non-greased baking sheet. Drop 1 tbsp. of crab mixture into each shell.
  • Step 3
    Top each with 1 tsp. of cranberry sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until heated through. Makes 15.
