Ingredients

1/4 pound (1 stick) room temperature butter
1 package (6 pack) english muffins (store brands works better than thomas's

- bay seasoning (to taste)
- garlic powder (to taste)
- onion powder (to taste)
8 ounces crab (refrigerator section - claw works) can use canned but only 6 ounces in can
- paprika (to taste)

How To Make crab appetizers

Step 1

Whip all ingredients together (except crab)

Step 2

Gently incorporate crab
Step 3

Spread on top of split English muffins, sprinkle w/paprika (can freeze at this point).
Step 4

Bake on cookie sheet 20-25 minutes at 350.
Step 5

Cut into quarters - Bake for another 3 minutes.
