Ingredients
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) room temperature butter
- 1 package (6 pack) english muffins (store brands works better than thomas's
- 8 ounces cheese wiz (can use hot cheese wiz for extra zip)
- 1-2 - scallions - finely chopped
- - bay seasoning (to taste)
- - garlic powder (to taste)
- - onion powder (to taste)
- 8 ounces crab (refrigerator section - claw works) can use canned but only 6 ounces in can
- - paprika (to taste)
How To Make crab appetizers

Step 1Whip all ingredients together (except crab)

Step 2Gently incorporate crab

Step 3Spread on top of split English muffins, sprinkle w/paprika (can freeze at this point).

Step 4Bake on cookie sheet 20-25 minutes at 350.

Step 5Cut into quarters - Bake for another 3 minutes.
