These are a tasty treat. I'm always asked for the recipe when I serve these!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
An easy and delicious crab appetizer. Cream cheese makes the filling creamy and gives it a little tang. Crabmeat gives the rolls a fresh seafood taste. Mixed together with green onions and celery, it makes the best filling. We love that these are prepared ahead of time. Saves you time the day of a party - simply slice them and put them on a platter before guests arrive.

Ingredients
- 5 large burrito size tortillas
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz each)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, minced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 - 6 ounces lump crab meat, shredded or chopped
- - (can substitute lump crab with artificial crab)
How To Make crab appetillas

Step 1Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, and celery. Add the cheddar cheese and crabmeat. Mix well.

Step 2Divide the mixture and spread evenly on the 5 tortillas. Tightly roll up each tortilla, and wrap rolls in plastic wrap.

Step 3Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

Step 4To serve, trim ends and cut into 3/4 inch diagonal slices. These are awesome! Enjoy!!
