A Gathering


  • 3
    6 oz. cans lump crab, drained
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    half and half
  • 1/3 c
    celery, cut small
  • 1/4 c
    green onion, cut small
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
  • ·
    garnish with fresh parsley

How to Make Cold Crab and Cheese


  1. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and half & half, until smooth.
  2. Mix in the crab meat and remaining ingredients.
    Chill, until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with crackers, party rye bread, celery sticks or in cucumber cups.
    Garnish with fresh parsley.
