cold crab and cheese

Just a little something I concocted, a little of this and that, and I think tastes delightful! I love the presentation in little cucumber cups.

Ingredients

  • 3 - 6 oz. cans lump crab, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon half and half
  • 1/3 cup celery, cut small
  • 1/4 cup green onion, cut small
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • - garnish with fresh parsley

How To Make cold crab and cheese

  • Step 1
    Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and half & half, until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Mix in the crab meat and remaining ingredients. Chill, until ready to serve.
  • Step 3
    Serve with crackers, party rye bread, celery sticks or in cucumber cups. Garnish with fresh parsley.
