Just a little something I concocted, a little of this and that, and I think tastes delightful! I love the presentation in little cucumber cups.

Ingredients
- 3 - 6 oz. cans lump crab, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon half and half
- 1/3 cup celery, cut small
- 1/4 cup green onion, cut small
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- - garnish with fresh parsley
How To Make cold crab and cheese

Step 1Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and half & half, until smooth.

Step 2Mix in the crab meat and remaining ingredients. Chill, until ready to serve.

Step 3Serve with crackers, party rye bread, celery sticks or in cucumber cups. Garnish with fresh parsley.
