Ingredients
- 4 cans minced or chopped clams pack in clam juice
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped
- 8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tube (sleeve) ritz crackers, crushed
How To Make clams casino dip

Step 1Drain 2 cans of clams, reserving juice drain second 2 cans of clams, and discard juice

Step 2In skillet, saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter until softened.

Step 3Combine with remaining ingredients, including reserved clam juice. spoon into shallow casserole.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve with crackers
