clam puffs
This was one of Mom's favorite appetizers. I usually double (or more) the recipe if we're having more than 2-3 guests for dinner.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 7 ounces can minced clams
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- - melba toast rounds
How To Make clam puffs

Step 1Combine ingredients and spread generously on melba toast rounds.

Step 2Toast under broiler---careful they don't burn. Serve hot.
