How to Make Clam Fritters
- Drain clams and chop fine. Reserve clam juice when draining clams.
In a bowl add flour, baking powder; mix well.
- In a small mixing bowl add eggs, milk and clam juice beat until well mixed. Add this mixture slowly to flour mixture. Add Clams. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drop from a spoon into hot fat (375^) and fry until golden brown. Serve while hot.
