cheesy krab rolls

This is a simple but elegant snack or meal that it just addictive. I came up with it after seeing some ideas for egg roll wrappers. Very tasty with creamy Sriracha.

Ingredients For cheesy krab rolls

  • 12
    krab sticks
  • 6
    colby jack cheese sticks, cut in half
  • 12
    egg roll wrappers
  • lemon pepper

How To Make cheesy krab rolls

  • 1
    Put 1 Krab stick and 1/2 cheese stick diagonally on an egg roll wrapper. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.

    Rub all the edges of the wrapper with water. Wrap up tightly, tucking in the sides when halfway rolled.

    Fry in canola oil on medium heat. Salt to taste while still warm. Drain on paper towels. Serve with cocktail, tarter or creamy Sriracha sauce.
